    Tips for a Perfect Mix 📔
    • Ingredient Prep: Chill the sparkling tea in advance to bring out its ultimate flavor. The base spirit can also be pre-chilled in the fridge or freezer, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and velvety texture. 
    • The Golden Ratio: We recommend starting with a base ratio of 1 part spirit to 3 parts sparkling tea, then adjusting to your personal taste. 
    • The Final Touch: Pour the pre-chilled base spirit into the glass and stir gently to cool. Next, slowly pour the ice-cold sparkling tea down the inside of the glass. Finish by gently lifting the liquid with a bar spoon for just a half-turn. Avoid over-stirring to preserve the fine effervescence.
